Last Delivery is developed and published by Pica XR Studio. This Privacy Policy explains what information the game collects, how that information is collected, why it is used, how it is stored, and how users can request deletion of their personal information.
Last Delivery collects and processes a limited amount of information necessary to operate the game, save gameplay progress, and verify access to purchased content.
The information collected by Last Delivery includes:
Last Delivery does not maintain a separate developer-operated account database or a server containing Meta Horizon purchase records.
Last Delivery uses Meta Horizon Platform services and the Meta Platform SDK to verify ownership of the Casino Access add-on (product identifier: casino_unlock).
When a player checks ownership of the add-on, restores purchased content, or completes a purchase, Last Delivery collects (receives) in-app purchase and entitlement data directly from Meta Horizon through the Meta Platform SDK.
Last Delivery collects the following purchase-related information from Meta Horizon:
The Meta Horizon purchase records accessed by the game can also contain purchase type and entitlement expiration information. Where those fields are returned and read by the game, they are used only to identify the purchase type and check whether the entitlement remains valid.
This information is collected automatically when Last Delivery communicates with Meta Horizon Platform services through the Meta Platform SDK.
The information comes directly from Meta Horizon purchase and entitlement responses. Players do not need to manually enter personal information into the game to verify their purchase.

The purchase and entitlement information received from Meta Horizon is processed temporarily by Last Delivery while the game is running.
The game uses the ownership verification result in memory to determine whether purchased content is available during the current gameplay session.
Pica XR Studio does not transmit Meta Horizon purchase or entitlement records to a developer-operated server. The game does not maintain a developer-operated database of users' purchases or entitlements.
Temporary purchase verification information held in memory is not retained by a developer-operated system after the gameplay session ends.
When necessary, Last Delivery requests updated purchase or entitlement information from Meta Horizon again.
Last Delivery uses the collected Meta Horizon purchase information only to provide in-app purchase functionality, verify purchased content, and unlock Casino Access.
Pica XR Studio does not use this information for:
Pica XR Studio does not share purchase or entitlement information with third parties for advertising or profiling purposes.
Purchases of Last Delivery and its add-ons are processed through Meta Horizon's payment and checkout services.
When a player purchases Casino Access, the payment is handled by Meta.
Pica XR Studio does not collect, receive, or store credit card numbers, bank account information, or other payment credentials.
Payment transactions and purchase records independently maintained by Meta are subject to Meta's own privacy and retention policies.
Last Delivery collects and stores gameplay information locally on the user's device to save game progress and preferences.

Local game data is stored on the user's device and remains there until it is overwritten, reset, or deleted.
Platform backup services, if enabled, may independently retain copies of this information according to Meta's backup policies.
If a user contacts Pica XR Studio by email, we collect the email address, message content, and any information or attachments voluntarily included in that communication.
This information is used only to respond to questions, provide support, or process privacy and deletion requests.
Support correspondence is retained only for as long as necessary to handle the request or meet applicable legal obligations.
Last Delivery communicates with Meta Horizon Platform services to access purchase verification and entitlement functionality.
Meta independently collects and processes certain account, device, transaction, usage, and diagnostic information when users interact with its platform.
Meta's independent data processing is governed by the Meta Privacy Policy.
Pica XR Studio does not control Meta's independently maintained account or transaction databases.
Users can request deletion of personal information collected and controlled by Pica XR Studio.

In the email, describe the personal information you would like Pica XR Studio to delete.
Do not include passwords, payment card numbers, or other sensitive payment information.
If Pica XR Studio holds personal information associated with the request, we will delete it where applicable and subject to legal requirements.
If additional information is necessary to identify the relevant records or verify a request, we will request only the information necessary to complete that process.
We will respond to the request and explain whether the requested information has been deleted, whether no relevant information is held, or whether specific information must be retained to comply with legal requirements.
Last Delivery does not maintain a developer-operated database containing Meta Horizon purchase or entitlement records.
Purchase verification information received from Meta Horizon is used temporarily during gameplay and is not stored in a developer-operated database.
As a result, Pica XR Studio may have no separately stored purchase information to delete.
Purchase history, payment transactions, Meta account information, and other records independently maintained by Meta must be managed through Meta's own privacy and account controls or Meta support.
Users can delete locally stored Last Delivery game data by clearing the application's data or uninstalling the application using their Meta Quest device's application or storage controls.
This removes locally stored game progress and settings. If platform cloud backup is enabled, users may also need to manage or remove the corresponding backup through the platform's backup controls.
Deleting local game data does not delete purchase transactions maintained independently by Meta.
Last Delivery does not contain third-party advertising.
Information collected through Meta Horizon in-app purchase features is not used for targeted advertising.
Last Delivery is intended for users who meet the applicable minimum age requirements of Meta Quest and the age rating assigned to the application.
Pica XR Studio may update this Privacy Policy when game functionality or data processing practices change.
